İade ve Para İade Politikası

İnstattoo'yu tercih ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz. Satın alımınızdan memnun değilseniz, size yardımcı olmak için buradayız.

İadeler

  • Ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 30 takvim günü içinde iade edebilirsiniz.
  • İade için uygun olabilmesi için, ürününüzün kullanılmamış ve aldığınız gibi aynı durumda olması gerekmektedir.
  • Ürünün orijinal ambalajında olması gerekmektedir.
  • Fatura veya satın alma belgesine sahip olmanız gerekmektedir.
  • Müşteri hatasından kaynaklanan iadeler kabul edilmemektedir.

Değişimler

  • Sadece kusurlu veya hasarlı ürünleri değiştiririz. Aynı ürünü değiştirmek için bir talepte bulunmanız gerekiyorsa, bize destek@instattoo.co adresinden e-posta gönderin.

Para İadesi

  • Ürününüzü aldıktan sonra, ürünü inceleyeceğiz ve iade edilen ürünü aldığımızı size bildireceğiz. Ürünü inceledikten sonra iadenizin durumuyla ilgili sizi hemen bilgilendireceğiz.
  • İadeniz onaylanırsa, kredi kartınıza bir geri ödeme başlatacağız.
  • Kart veren kuruluşun politikalarına bağlı olarak, geri ödemeyi belirli bir süre içinde alacaksınız.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Instattoo. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns due to customer error are not accepted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at destek@instattoo.co

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
